Terms and conditions governing the usage of Super Unlimited Proxy VPN-Z.
Effective Date: August 9, 2026 • Last Updated: August 9, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Krishna TechnoWeb ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of Super Unlimited Proxy VPN-Z ("VPN-Z"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you confirm that you are of legal age to form a binding contract in your country and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use VPN-Z for your personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
Your use is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula, incorporated by reference. These Terms are between you and Krishna TechnoWeb only, not Apple; Apple is not responsible for the app. If the Apple EULA and these Terms conflict regarding your use on an Apple device, the Apple EULA governs to that extent. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
VPN-Z is intended to protect your privacy and security. You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity, including distributing copyright-infringing material, launching network attacks, sending spam, or attempting unauthorized access to systems. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws and traffic-routing regulations of your country.
We maintain globally distributed high-speed nodes. Service speed and availability may vary due to network conditions, your ISP, device performance, or maintenance. VPN-Z is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without a guarantee of uninterrupted service.
VPN-Z may offer auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium servers, faster speeds, and advanced features. Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through your App Store account:
Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's policies; we are generally unable to issue refunds directly.
New users may be eligible for a free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the trial converts automatically to a paid subscription at the standard price. Cancel any time in your Apple Account Settings.
VPN-Z, including its code, design, graphics, and the Krishna TechnoWeb name and logo, is owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app without our written permission.
The app is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krishna TechnoWeb will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months or USD $50, whichever is greater. Nothing here limits your mandatory statutory consumer rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the developer's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. We may update these Terms; material changes take effect when we post the revised version and update the effective date.
